Pekalongan University held the International Nursing Conference on Chronic Diseases Management 2019 on Wednesday, 7 August 2019. The conference was attended by more than 200 people from students, health practitioners, lecturers and academics.
The Rector of Unikal, Suryani S.H, M.Hum. said that the conference presented experts and researchers in the field of health from various countries such as from Vietnam, Thailand, Taiwan, Malaysia, Brunei and Indonesia who major in the management of chronic diseases. The purpose of this conference was how to deal with chronic diseases which are increasing in number that is caused by the influence of unhealthy lifestyles.
